Psychic Talk -Terms & Conditions & Cancellations-Refunds Policy

1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling, purchasing, or participating in any session with Psychic Talk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions outlined below.

Booking a service constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“the client”) and Psychic Talk (“the practitioner”).

2. Nature of Services

All services offered by Psychic Talk — including readings, energy work, voice activations, intuitive guidance, and spiritual sessions — are provided for entertainment and personal insight purposes only.

No reading, message, or service is intended to replace the advice or treatment of a qualified medical professional, therapist, financial advisor, or attorney.

If you believe you are in danger, require urgent medical care, or are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact 911 or a licensed professional immediately.

Psychic Talk does not diagnose conditions, offer medical or legal advice, or guarantee specific outcomes. You are solely responsible for your own life decisions, choices, and actions following your session.

3. Age Requirements

Clients must be 18 years or older to book or participate in a reading or session with Psychic Talk.

For minors under 18, participation in the Light Lights Reading or any youth-focused service requires prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian, who must authorize and assume full responsibility for the session.

4. Cancellation Policy

I honor and prepare energetically for each session, which reserves dedicated time and energy specifically for you.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable.
• If  you cancel within 24 hours but reschedule immediately, your payment may be credited toward your new session, at the discretion of Psychic Talk, depending on availability.
• No-shows (failing to attend your session without notice) forfeit 100% of the session fee.
• No refunds will be issued after a session has been completed, regardless of personal satisfaction, interpretation, or perceived accuracy of the reading.

This policy applies to all clients equally to maintain fairness, energetic integrity, and respect for everyone’s time.

5. Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Sessions are considered confirmed only once payment is received.

In rare cases of unforeseen emergency or technical difficulty, Psychic Talk reserves the right to reschedule a session at a mutually agreed-upon time.

Chargebacks or payment disputes made after a completed service are considered a violation of these Terms & Conditions and will be responded to with the full documentation of your agreement to this policy.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during your session is held in the highest confidence. Your privacy and energetic safety are sacred.

Exceptions may apply if there is reasonable concern of harm to self or others, or if disclosure is required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

By engaging in any service through Psychic Talk, you agree to release and hold harmless Psychic Talk, its owner, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for claims, losses, or damages of any kind that may result from your session.

You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your own interpretations, decisions, and actions following your reading or session.

No guarantee is made regarding the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any psychic or intuitive information provided.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, submitting payment, or participating in any service with Psychic Talk, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
• Acknowledge that all services are for entertainment purposes only.
• Are 18 years of age or older (or have parental/guardian consent, if      applicable).
• Agree that no refunds will be provided after a session has been completed.
